“Protecting your personal, property and financial interests”
Tamika M. Johnson
Attorney At Law
Since opening her law office over 10 years ago, this has been Attorney Johnson’s goal for all her clients – regardless of their socio-economical background. While working in litigation at Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan, PC in Atlanta for accounting fraud cases to representing pro bono clients in landlord tenant cases, Attorney Johnson knew there was always a need for vigorous representation at all levels.
Earning her Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) at The University of Georgia and her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at The Southern University Law Center, Attorney Johnson was well prepared to embark into private practice soon after becoming a member of the Georgia State Bar as a licensed attorney.
Attorney Johnson’s initial experience in forming and incorporating small businesses, led to forming independent music labels and negotiating business contracts, and operating and partnership agreements.
Expanding her practice over the years, Ms. Johnson now has significant experience in residential Real Estate closings, Personal Injury(Car Accidents), Bankuptcy and representing clients who have been involuntarily committed to mental hospitals. However, her primary focus is in “Legacy Creation” by way of estate planning, wills, trusts and long term planning to create and protect her clients’ assets and loved ones.
Attorney Johnson is a member and/or volunteer of several associations and organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, Gwinnett County Bar Association, Hands on Atlanta, Atlanta Sports and Social Club, Gate City Bar Association, Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and Lawyers With Purpose (LWP).
